GIVING THANKS!!

This was our 3rd Thanksgiving with our friends the Aguilars. Many thanks for hosting the party, guys, again!!! We moved in as neighbors 2 years ago and have been best friends ever since! We love you guys!Jose, Kim and baby Clark

Well, again I goofed and meant to take a picture of the Turkey feast and got distracted but here is the dessert. The apple and pumpkin pie made by Kim and her sister, Jenny, were absolutely delicious. I don't think I've ever had better pie!!!! Yum.

After dinner we all just lounged and dozed on the couch and watched All Dogs Go to Heaven. We had a nice relaxing day.

The Pirate Party for...guess who?

Collin had 9 friends to our house for his pirate party on Saturday. They all enjoyed pizza, cake and ice-cream, a treasure hunt and cannon ball toss (really just plastic balls). Needless to say it was a bit chaotic but I think most of them enjoyed themselves. Michael did great at keeping them contained and happy!

There was plenty of pirate booty to be had!!! Collin is now stocked for the next year with all the pirate toys he can handle! (sorry this was not the picture I meant to post)

In Toon Town we toured Mickey's house and at the end you wait in a short line to get in the photo room with Mickey.
The kids did ok with getting their photos taken with Mickey because one of their favorite "kid shows" is Mickey Mouse Clubhouse on the Disney channel. So they were rather excited.

On Tom Sawyer's Island a pirate found Collin and chatted with him for a bit and named him 'clean shaven Collin' (since he didn't have a beard).
